Is it possible to know the position of the billboards in the city?
No. It is not possible to know in advance the position of the billboards since it is the municipality itself that will let you know, just before posting, where they will be placed.
We can only tell you the preferred areas that we have arranged, namely: the University area, the Stadium area, the city center and the waterfront. The definitive position in these areas will not depend on us but on the availability of the municipality in that period.

Is it possible to participate even if you are not a student and / or do not have a VAT number?
Yup! It is possible to participate even if you do not belong to the two categories. The mission of the competition is to highlight beauty and we are interested in hearing - on this issue - everyone's idea.
You can participate as a professional on an individual basis, leaving the entries "University" and "Company name" free.
